Events and tasks
The Calendar is for events with a specific time, e.g. a meeting with a team member. Events can be shared with users of the same site and be linked with contacts, projects, etc. Filtered views can be saved under bookmarks so that the desired view is just a few clicks away.
Tasks are for all the assignments that don't need to be done at a specific moment but have a deadline by which they need to be finished. Tasks can be both work-related and personal. You can customize the list of tasks to meet your needs.
All the events that already happened and tasks that are marked as done end up in the work report. The work report provides you with information on what was done for whom, and how long it took.
